Why isn't my tracking information available yet?

Tracking information may take up to 24-48 hours to update after your order has been shipped. If it's been more than 48 hours and you still can't see any updates, please contact our support team.

What should I do if my order status hasn’t changed?

If your order status hasn’t changed for a few days, it could be due to unforeseen delays with the courier. If the status remains unchanged for more than 5 days, feel free to reach out to our customer service for further assistance.

Can I change the delivery address after my order has been shipped?

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address. You can, however, contact the courier directly to inquire about re-routing your package.

What should I do if my package is marked as delivered but I haven't received it?

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors or your building’s front desk. If it’s still missing, contact our support team, and we will help resolve the issue with the courier.
